Trump decided for reasons that seem obvious in retrospect to more than double the cost of repatriating migrants to their home countries; this points up the sharp difference between modern Democrats and the GOP, since Biden's administration deported only slightly fewer people per day than Trump has done so far, but Biden didn't get any propaganda video out of it.
