Dolly for Sue: Maybe the two dolls will cost a couple of bucks more than they would normally. Chucky: I guess we're ignoring that that "normally" is what we're hellbent on wrecking. Dolly for Sue: How you like your eggs now?! Chucky: For baking replace one egg with two teaspoo0ns of turpentine and a pinch of road salt.

As Trump said, "They have ships that are loaded up with stuff, much of which we don't need." Fair enough. Fact is, my kid doesn't need more Legos or plushies or surprisingly expensive but poseable action figures. We already have enough cheap crap from China filling up our storage units and junk drawers and hoarders' cars; we don't need more.

Unfortunately, there's a lot of stuff that comes from China that we do need. Like steel, electronics, shoes. But that's okay. I'm sure we can shift to domestic suppliers. Of things we don't, can't, and won't make.

Oh well. It was fun while it lasted.
