I love that the second Trump administration hasn't even been inaugurated and already we're having to relearn topics from high school Social Studies classes. Who remembers Smoot-Hawley? The name wanders through my head now and again, mostly attached to the vague notion that people can be incredibly short-sighted. Evidently no one remembers this history, so now we're all doomed to repeat it, which at least will give Wikipedia editors something to do.

But yes, Trump has suggested he's going to found the External Revenue Service on his inauguration day. Trump's new government will be like norovirus, causing massive gouts of effluent from all available openings.
