Cow: Right-wing zealots have attacked journalists, stormed the Capitol looking to hang Mike Pence, attacked the families of Democratic lawmakers, tried to assassinate Donald Trump, and now Democratic lawmakers in Minnesota have been assassinated in targeted attacks. Cow: The degree to which the extreme left has become radical, violent, and intolerant is both stunning and terrifying. We collectively must turn the temperature down and find a better way forward for our nation. Cow: Someone let me know when Trump starts holding live executions, I want to get a good seat.

Republicans have physically attacked journalists. They've stormed the Capitol, rather obviously and famously. Right-wing...what's the right word? Nutjobs? Terrorists? Would-be assassins? Agents provocateurs? Right-wing crazies have been responsible for mass shootings and attacks on Democratic lawmaker and Republican bete noire Nancy Pelosi's husband, Paul Pelosi, Sr. And let's not forget the New Jersey judge whose son was killed by a right-wing assassin; her son's name is now being used to intimidate federal judges across the country. Of course we've all apparently forgotten about the right-winger who tried to assassinate Donald Trump.

And most recently we have attacks on and assassinations of Democratic lawmakers in Minnesota.

Meanwhile Republican assholes are saying things like "The degree to which the extreme left has become radical, violent, and intolerant is both stunning and terrifying." And not to be outdone, addled centrist Democratic Senator John Fetterman posted "We collectively must turn the temperature down and find a better way forward for our nation." Mustn't upset the fascists as they attempt to destroy democracy!

Of course, the call has been coming from inside the house for some time.
